Forging Elite Fitness

Jim and Karen Inman opened Elite Athletic Development (EAD) the area’s first Crossfit Gym over 8 years ago.  As their business has grown, they’ve expanded EAD’s programming to cater to both elite athletes and everyday working professionals looking to become fit/healthy.  Most importantly they’ve been able to combining a supportive community environment with great instruction.  EAD classes now include Boot Camps, Nutritional seminars and Compu-trainer cycling.
